Fitness Manager for Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center
Description
Looking for a goal-oriented, motivational fitness expert to manage and mentor personal training and fitness floor staff with a focus on growing personal training revenue and delivering consistent customer service. Supervise and enhance the assessment process for all new members, as well as develop programs for special populations based on industry standards. Oversee member integration process and fitness standards to contribute to each member's health and fitness goals. Develop a team environment to provide high standards based on medical fitness protocols. Personally develop and lead at least two programs per quarter. Communicate with staff, members and medical community.

Requirements
Experience in interviewing, hiring and training fitness department staff including personal trainers and fitness specialists. Ability to set revenue goals, and motivate team to reach goals while delivering a high-level of customer service. Knowledge of developing programs for specialty populations a plus. Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology or closely related field. At last five years experience in fitness management, with hands-on experience with fitness assessments and developing programs for clients. Certification in ACSM, ACE or NASM, or accredited certification required within 60 days of hire. Only resumes with a cover letter will be considered.

We want entrepreneurial professionals who enjoy selling, driving and achieving results.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a closely related field, and certification by ACE, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA. Experience in performing fitness assessments, developing exercise prescriptions, and working with individual clients as a personal trainer is required. Hours vary according to your client appointments and include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Esthetician, Spa Harmony
Description
Performance of facial, body treatments & waxing/sugaring. Flexible hours and some evening hours, light cleaning, and maintenance of client files. Reports to the Spa Director
Requirements
PA Esthetician/Cosmetology license required, with one to two years experience. Exceptional communications and customer service skills necessary. Pleasant, team-oriented attitude required with the ability to acquire and secure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Receptionist, Spa Harmony
Description
Heavy phone work, schedule appointments, inventory control, data input, maintain filing system, keep retail spaces neat and orderly, write and mail client cards, retail sales, promote product line and services, greet all guests and clients with courtesy, knowledge of menu and specialty services. Reports to the Spa Director.
Requirements
